Finding My Euphoria – Time

There is no place left to fall nor turn or run to.
This is it. This is where we begin.

This is where we find ourselves at the starting gate and this is where we begin.
This is the starting point that will lead us to a new life, a new destination, a new hope, and a brand-new existence.
All this takes is effort.

There is no more time for rehearsals and no more time to practice our speech in front of the mirror.
We have done that for way too long.
Now is the time to prepare for the exit and to plan an absolute departure.

There is no room for miscalculation nor is there time to rehash or revisit the old ways of thinking, that is, of course, who is to say what we were thinking, if we were thinking at all that is.
However, now we find that we are on the verge of something different. The world can be new again, just like that, and just that quick. All it takes is a decision.
This is a choice, and so, now it’s time to choose our fate.

Now is the time to stand up. There is no looking back. There is no way to change what was or what is, but maybe we can do something to change what will be.
However, before we move forward, or choose our fate which is, of course, if fate allows us the freedom to choose; we have to decide when and where we want to start because it’s time to begin.
We cannot waste another moment or be frivolous.
We have to be clear. We have to be out loud and outspoken and clear about the intention to find our destination.
We have to stake our claim and make our way.
There is no room for uncertainty anymore.
Time is running out and there are less hours than we think; therefore, we have to move because like The Book says, “No one knows the hour, or the day. Not The Son. Not the Angels. Only The Father knows.”

We have to make up for lost time because, to be fair to our intentions, we have to be direct and to the point. So let’s cut through the bullshit, and get started.
There is no room to forgive our own laziness. There is no time to allow for procrastination nor should we tolerate this. We cannot permit ourselves to be developmentally lazy.
We have to move now.
So, come on.
Let’s go.

Now is the time to make something happen.
Now is the time to move.
I cannot sit back and complain nor argue that my past is what kept me from going forward. In an effort to be true to my efforts, I cannot look to find blame or worry about the accountability of my trauma, my past, or my resentments. Even when I am justified and anger makes sense, nothing good can come from this.
Nothing can come from bitching and complaining.
Know why?
This is because talking does not always lead to action and often, talking too much does nothing other than stall our progress.
And so, I’m done stalling.
Today, as we arise from last night and as we approach the close of this year, the question is simple. What do we want this next year to look like?

What are we prepared to do so that we can make our dreams come true. And, of course, how can we approach this in a realistic measure. Whereas, rather than go full-force or move as fast as we can, what has to happen for us to set up a realistic pace—in other words, rather than set ourselves up for defeat, what can we do to set ourselves up for success?

My past does not care if I live there or not. My future is untold. Yet, in order for me to have a future, I have to prepare for my future now.
I have to mind the way I talk to myself.
I have to mind my direction.
I have to stand up and be counted.
And by all means, no matter what, I have to realize that it is hard to move forward if all I do is look backwards all the time.

It’s time to get ready.
It’s time to create a strategy
and then make a plan —

To make this so.
It’s time . . .
